The library is going to curbside pick-up only– starting Tuesday, November, 17, 2020

Important! The number of COVID cases is increasing in Kingston.

Starting Tuesday, November 17, 2020, the Kingston Public Library will be open for CURBSIDE PICK-UP ONLY. The building will be closed to the public.

Children can still pick up their weekly Christmas crafts. Ring the doorbell and we will bring them out to you.

Curbside books: If you already have a card, we will be inside and will deliver books and DVDs to you outside. This means you can pick up items that are on hold for you. Please call ahead and we will pull them for you…you must know the specific items you want when you call. Our number is 865-376-9905. Please have your card ready.
You can also reserve your items through our website: www.kingstonpubliclibrarytn.org. Click the catalog option, you must have your library card with you to reserve items under your account. Password: userpass (all lower case and one word). PLEASE CALL US AFTER YOU RESERVE YOUR ITEMS. You MUST call us so that we are aware of your request–the system does NOT notify us. 865-376-9905.

If you do not have a card, or need a copy or fax, please knock on the door or call us and we will tell you what to do.

You can return your checked-out items–they MUST go in the book drop.
ABSOLUTELY NO DONATIONS, PLEASE!! Do NOT leave ANYTHING in front of the building.

Our hours:
Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED
The Wi-Fi will stay on for the time being. You can still access the Internet from the parking lot.

You MUST return your checked-out items in the book drop.
All programming, including Story Time, is canceled until further notice.
