The Kingston Public Library is now open
Monday, May 4th, 2020
The Kingston Public Library is now open but the building is still closed to public. We have new hours and limited services.
Curbside books: If you already have a card, we will be inside and will deliver books and dvds to your car! This means you can pick up books that are on hold for you. Please call ahead and we will pull items…you must know the specific items you want when you call. Our number is 865-376-9905. Please have your card ready.
ABSOLUTELY NO DONATIONS, PLEASE!! Do NOT leave ANYTHING in front of the building.
Our hours, starting May 4, 2020:
Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED
The Wi-Fi will stay on for the time being. You can still access the Internet from the parking lot.
You do not have to return your checked-out items yet but we have reopened the book drop. If you want to return your books, you MUST put them in the book drop.
If you don’t want to return your books, all due dates will be extended and overdue fines will be forgiven.
All upcoming programming, including Story Time and the June Summer Reading Program, is canceled until further notice.
