The Kingston Public Library is your information center, providing resource needs for the City of Kingston and surrounding areas. Overlooking beautiful Watts Bar Lake, up the hill across from 58 Landing, we invite you to come enjoy the gorgeous view, while taking advantage of the library’s many offerings.

Our Library

On Saturdays, the library welcomes guests from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, offering a convenient weekend option for community members.

We envision a community where every resident accesses a broad spectrum of knowledge and resources. Our library serves as a gateway to explore history, current events, and future innovations through diverse collections and technology.

By providing welcoming spaces and varied materials, we support lifelong learning and curiosity. Residents can engage with information that enriches their understanding of the world and fosters personal and community growth.
